CANADA WHITE 5 - CALGARY FLAMES 1
1ST PLACE | SEPTEMBER 21ST

Team White’s 5-1 victory over the Calgary Flames, gave Team White the tournament title. Meghan Agosta (Ruthven, ON/Mercyhurst, CHA) led Team White with two goals as the squad, made up mostly of Team Canada rookies, concluded the weekend with a 2-1-0-1 record.


 

CANADA RED 4 - UFA BISONS 1
3RD PLACE | SEPTEMBER 21ST

Hayley Wickenheiser scored once and added an assist and Delaney Collins contributed a pair of helpers as Canada Red grabbed third place at the National Women’s Team evaluation camp with a 4-1 win over the UFA Bisons Midget AAA boys’ team on Sunday in Calgary, the second win over the Bisons in as many days.

 

CANADA RED 4 - UFA BISONS 2
ROUND-ROBIN | SEPTEMBER 20TH

Hayley Wickenheiser scored twice and added an assist as Canada Red knocked off the UFA Bisons Midget AAA boys’ team 4-2 on Saturday afternoon, the round-robin finale for both at the National Women’s Team evaluation camp in Calgary. The same two teams will meet Sunday afternoon for third place.


 


CANADA WHITE 1 – CALGARY 5
ROUND-ROBIN | SEPTEMBER 20TH

Courtney Birchard scored the lone goal as Canada White, taking to the ice just 13 hours after its dramatic 13-round shootout win over Canada Red on Friday night, dropped a 5-1 decision to the Calgary Flames Midget AAA boys’ team at the National Women’s Team evaluation camp in Calgary on Saturday afternoon.

 


WHITE 3 - RED 2 (SO)
ROUND-ROBIN | SEPTEMBER 19TH

Courtney Birchard scored the game-winning goal in the 13th round of the shootout as Canada White earned a hard-fought 3-2 win over Canada Red on Friday night at the National Women’s Team evaluation camp in Calgary. Canada White picked up the win despite being outshot 40-22, including 23-5 in the third period.


 

CANADA WHITE 5 - UFA 4
ROUND-ROBIN | SEPTEMBER 18TH

Jennifer Wakefield scored twice and Natalie Spooner added a goal and an assist, all of it coming in a four-goal first period, as Canada White topped the UFA Bisons Midget AAA boys team 5-4 in the opening game for both on Thursday night at the National Women’s Team evaluation camp in Calgary.

 

CANADA RED 2 - CALGARY 4
ROUND-ROBIN | SEPTEMBER 18TH

Hayley Wickenheiser scored once and added an assist in a two-goal first period, but that would be all the offense Canada Red could muster as it dropped a 4-2 decision to the Calgary Flames Midget AAA boys team on Thursday night at the National Women’s Team evaluation camp in Calgary
