Q: What is the VIP Charter Package?

A: The VIP Charter Package program is a brand-new, exclusive initiative designed to elevate the World Junior experience in a luxurious manner. This program offers three distinct packages, each brimming with premium perks and activities to ensure an unforgettable hockey experience. It includes a hotel stay, exclusive access to six games, remarkable experiences, and corresponding travel (if applicable) from January 1st, 2025, to January 6th, 2025.

Q: What are the three different packages? How do I know which one is best for me?

A: The three different packages are:

  • VIP Flight: This package includes round-trip flights, premium seating, luxury accommodations, and access to exclusive events. Flights will be out of Vancouver & Calgary.
  • VIP Ground: This package includes premium seating, luxury accommodations, and access to exclusive events. Coordinated ground support will be provided during your stay.
  • Fundamentals Package: This package includes game tickets, access to select events, and accommodation options.

Q: What are the dates of the tournament games included in the package?

A: Each package includes exclusive access to six thrilling games on January 2nd, 4th and 5th at the Canadian Tire Centre. These games feature the quarter-finals, semi-finals, and both the bronze & gold medal matches.

Q: Can I bring guests with me?

A: Of course! Guests are more than welcome. As you fill out the purchase form, each package can be customized to accommodate multiple attendees, allowing you to share the experience with clients, friends or family.

Q: What are the payment options?

A: We will accept all credit cards, such as VISA, Mastercard and American Express.

Q: What is the accommodation like?

A: All attendees will stay at the Delta Hotel in downtown Ottawa, offering the choice of a king-size bed or two doubles. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from Parliament Hill and close to some of the best restaurants in the city. We handle all booking details to ensure a seamless and relaxing experience.

Q: What should I do if I have special accommodations that need attention?

A: Please inform us of any special accommodations or needs at the time of booking. There is a designated area for these requests in the purchase form. We will make the necessary arrangements to ensure your requirements are met.

Q: What are some of the other perks?

A: As a valued VIP, we are committed to providing you with the best possible experience from start to finish. In addition to game access, you will have the opportunity for a once-in-a-lifetime photo, a welcome party, and a special gift waiting for you in your room. Plus, enjoy a whiskey tasting provided by Dunrobin Distilleries, a high-end local distillery based in Ottawa.

Q: Is ground transportation provided throughout the experience?

A: Attendees will receive a transportation credit.

Q: How do we use the Merchandise & Food and Beverage Credits?

A: Each attendee will receive digital gift credits for merchandise and food and beverage. These credits will be provided in advance of the tournament and can be used at any store or vendor located in the Canadian Tire Centre.

Q: How do I get updates about the event?

A: Upon registration, you will receive key updates about the experience via email.

Q: Do I receive some sort of itinerary?

A: Approximately three weeks before your departure date, you can expect to receive an email from our team. This email will provide detailed information about the exact date and times of all scheduled experiences during this trip. Additionally, you will receive your travel documents and tickets, ensuring you are fully prepared and informed for your upcoming getaway.

Q: What is the cancellation policy?

A: Our cancellation policy is designed to provide flexibility for our customers, please see below for the cancellation policy for each package:

  • VIP Flight: If you cancel your booking prior to October 18th, 2024, you will receive a 50% refund. For cancellations made between October 18th and November 12th, 2024, a 25% refund will be provided. Cancellations made after November 12th, 2024, will not be eligible for a refund. Please note that once tickets are issued prior to departure, name changes, package transfers and/or corrections are permitted but are subject to a fee of $50.00 CAD plus taxes and the airline fee per name change. If you need to cancel your package, please contact the individuals listed in Question 15 for assistance.
  • VIP Ground & Fundamentals: If you cancel your booking at least 90 days prior to January 1st, 2025, you will receive a 50% refund. For cancellations made between the 89-day mark but before 31 days until January 1st, 2025, a 25% refund will be provided. Cancellations made after the 30-day mark will not be eligible for a refund. Please note any name change or ticket package transfer will be free of charge. If you need to cancel your package, please contact the individuals listed in Question 15 for assistance.

Q: Is there a certain age requirement?

A: We welcome guests of all ages to join our experiences. However, for select experiences that involve alcohol, individuals under the age of 19 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. This policy ensures a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants.
